Talk by Prof. Ard Louis
The Center for Applied Mathematics and Bioinformatics (CAMB) hosted a virtual talk by Prof. Ard Louis on Monday December 20, 2021. The talk from Prof Louis addressed to GUST faculty, on advice on how to improve research profiles and publish in higher impact journals. Following the talk, two panel discussions took place to figure out potential research collaborations, and to obtain advice on improving research profiles and university accreditation development.
Prof. Ard A. Louis is a Professor of Theoretical Physics at the University of Oxford, where he leads an interdisciplinary research group studying problems on the border between chemistry, physics, and biology. He obtained his PhD from Cornell, and worked as research fellow and lecturer in theoretical chemistry in Cambridge University, before moving to Oxford.
